In addition to our warranty offer, CCS does provide an ongoing maintenance program for all of our products. We feel that this continued maintenance is very important for communication and power equipment that is being utilized for Emergency Response . Fortunately disasters do not happen ever day which means these packaged solutions are not used very frequently. To ensure that this equipment is always fully operational and ready to deploy, CCS offers maintenance programs that include quarterly health checks where we work with the customer to simulate an actual response during which all of this equipment is powered on and used.
CCS will work with each customer to develop a custom maintenance program that best fits your need. This can include as much or as little customer involvement in the maintenance program as the customer requests.
